The site typically does Performance review and testing for compliance among other things. Regardless of what option you select after clicking on “Forgot Password” (Forgot username or password) you are emailed by your username and the password in the same email as seen by the screenshot. I have complained to my HR department about using this service and we in IT have been ignored each time.
